We provide empirically-supported intervention for children, adolescents, and their families experiencing challenges with anxiety, OCD, and/or behaviour problems. we also conduct psycho-educational assessments.

Kevin has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including multiple school boards, community mental health institutions, and hospitals. Kevin provides therapy and assessments for children and adolescents with a variety of presenting concerns, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, behavioural challenges, grief and interpersonal difficulties, Learning Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. Kevin also works with parents to develop effective parenting approaches and strategies to help support their children.

When working with clients, Kevin employs evidence-based strategies, primarily within a Cognitive Behavioural framework, while also drawing from a variety of other treatment modalities including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Dr. Juliana is the clinic director and a Registered Psychologist passionate about mental health who works as a clinician, researcher, supervisor, trainer, consultant, and public speaker. Her clinical approach is grounded in research and based on individual and family Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Committed Therapy (ACT).

Dr. Juliana has extensive research and clinical experience conducting psycho-educational assessments, working with schools, and developing Individual Education Plans and school-based interventions. For many years, she conducted different studies at the B.C. Children’s Hospital that involved assessing neurocognitive and academic functioning in pediatric OCD. Also, early in her career, she worked as a school psychologist in a public school district.

Dr. Juliana has given numerous national and international presentations and training as well as written book chapters and academic papers. She has also continued to be actively engaged with the scientific community. She has recently co-authored a book for helping teenagers deal with uncertainty released in August 2022 by New Harbinger!

Kelly is a clinical counsellor with over 13 years of experience working in the social services field with children, youth and young adults within outreach, community, school, and clinical settings. She is an energetic and engaged therapist who has a strong passion for supporting young people in improving their mental health.

Kelly has worked with a wide scope of clients, ranging in ages from 5 to 24 years old, who present with various mental health concerns from anxiety and depression to disordered eating, substance misuse, trauma, and identity exploration. She is also experienced in providing parent and school consultations and supporting individuals identifying as LGBTQ+. Kelly recognizes that some individuals may be nervous about engaging in counselling, ambivalent about change, or already have had a previous negative counselling experience. As such, Kelly ensures to focus first on developing a strong therapeutic alliance, developing the relationship while also encouraging and empowering young people to make positive changes

Julia completed a Masters of Science in the Clinical & Developmental Psychopathology program at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in the Netherlands. After living three years in France, she moved to beautiful British Columbia, where she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Simon Fraser University. Her research focuses on the perceptions and experiences of caregivers of children with ADHD or anxiety disorder diagnoses about risky outdoor play.
